What not to put down a drain

Here we have a blocked manhole in a restaurant in Benburb St. What's floating on top clearly gives the game away as it is covered in grease (white bits) and blue hand towel which does not de-compose.

We instructed the client to get his grease trap emptied more often and stop chucking blue hand towels down the loo or he'll be sick looking at us or even more sick if the corpo find out and slap him with a hefty fine.
